Cut the strawberries into slices and mix with the sugar in a shaker.

2 oz of tamarindo syrup

1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Garnish: sprig of cilantro or mint leaves

 

In a shaker filled with ice shake the mixture and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice and garnish.

½ oz simple syrup

½ oz of freshly squeezed lime juice

1 oz of ginger beer

Garnish: 3 thin slices of cucumber mint leaves

 

Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Finally add the ginger beer and serve with garnish.

1 1/2 ounces of Mezcal

1/2 of a glass of Reyes Verdes ancho

1/2 ounce of agave honey

1/4 ounce of lemon juice

Homemade cranberry bitters

 

Mix all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake, and double strain. You can garnish with a slice of cheese and a basil leaf.

Combine orange juice with sparkling water and 1 oz of 400 Conejos mezcal in a shaker. Rim an old-fashioned glass with worm salt. Pour the mixture into the glass and garnish with an orange slice.
